Hadley's installation, Tableau, was commissioned by the Denver Art Museum from May 8, 2016–August 20, 2017, in the Precourt Family Discovery Hall. The Hall's postmodern architecture encourages artists to create interactive exhibitions that inspire imagination, play, and wonder within the space.
Hadley Hooper's larger-than-life, untold storybook scenes invite you to let your curiosity run wild and co-author an adventure. Sit on the moon, rest in a swing, converse in a catawampus chair, frolic with the flok in the flower forest, climb into the belly of the whale, and more!
